Welcome to "Casita" how me and carla call it with love. A place to heal, regenerate, relax or just unwind. A space full of warmth, live and creativity. We are both Artists so we created a space that inspires us every day we wake up. Decorated with care and curation with handmade furniture from all over the world with a strong ethnical focus. It also features a one of a kind PRIVATE patio deck which is the size like our Apartment. A little getaway right in the heart of vibrant Williamsburg. BK
The space
The space is a 2 Bedroom. You will be in your own bedroom and share the apartment with me and my gf.
Your bedroom has a cozy floor bed with very thick and comfy mattress as well as a working desk setup, tons of natural light and the view towards the Williamsburg bridge.
The living room is open with dining table and kitchen. The TV corner is lounging on a beautiful handmade white moroccan rug and is equipped with APPLE TV with Netflix and Amazon.
And last but not least the best part. Our Private outdoor patio. Yes you hear right this is private and you can enter it from the living room only. Thats one of a kind. And the perfect Oasis to relax. Decorated with the flair of Tulum or Marrakech right here in the city.
We have been living for a long time here in NY and we can truly say this space is special.
About This Lister
We (Me & My GF Carla) live in this space for a long time.
I am a director for commercials originally from Germany. I love photography, music and travel. I work from home most of the times on my own projects or as freelance filmmaker.
Carla just finished her graphic design studies at parsons and works as model. She is from Argentina originally.

Now we talked a bit about us tell us your story ? Otherwise just tell us a bit with words about yourself. Maybe share your socials so we get a sense of who you are.
Currently we are looking for someone for 2 month but we are flexible. At the very least 1 month if you just a great fit. Ideally starting ideally 1st of March
We can show the space virtually or in person. Or in person
We will require one month deposit which you will get back on your move out day.
A few Important things:
We are vegetarian so we prefer people that don't cook meat at home.
We are both home a lot and work from home just be aware.
We prefer people with an office job. But its not a dealbreaker if not.
Overall just be chill and respectful.
