Fantastically located 1 bedroom apartment in a 4-unit building with it's own entrance from the street. The unit is on Prospect Avenue between Vermont and Hillhurst and very walkable to all the amazing Los Feliz businesses like Figaro Cafe, Mirate, Maru Coffee.

I am looking to rent it 1-4 weeks at a time starting October 14. I can be flexible with the dates. Rent includes all utilities - gas, electricity, trash, sewage, water, and internet.

The apartment is a 1 bedroom with a very large living/dining room and a small office.

All appliances provided: stove, refrigerator, laundry (washer and dryer), tankless water heater.

Happy to provide cleaning services during your stay for an additional $150.

I love living here and I will be traveling for work and looking for someone who is friendly and considerate to take over my apartment for 2-4 weeks at a time.
