We're a couple hoping to swap our magical, tree-covered bungalow in Glassell Park/Mount Washington neighborhood for a lovely summer spot in NY.

Our home is a 5min drive to York St/Highland Park, and about 10min drive to Silver Lake.

It's a spacious furnished 3br/2ba lofted house with giant, private yard/views/giant windows (2 of the bedrooms are used as office spaces right now; only the primary has a bed). Cafes are about a 25min walk each way, but a nice one.

There're also hiking trails right around the house, but the home itself is private and secluded. The home is located away from any main road, it's a super special abode -- great for writing retreat, or for a couple on a working trip. There's ample street parking in the area. Dishwasher and W/D in house. Comfy tempurpedic bed. Pics of everything upon request. Our spot is basically a dream home!

We're hoping to swap with someone with a great spot in NY (Williamsburg or Greenpoint, or lower Manhattan ideally).

Our dates are pretty flexible as well, so feel free to hit us up if your dates loosely match (we're thinking anytime mid-October for 2-4 weeks). We may also be open to subletting, if this sounds ideal, but you're not on the market for a swap.
