REASONS FOR LEAVING
Spending time with family abroad
I am a 59 year old Spanish tutor. I moved to NYC in 2015 and I have lived in this building since before the pandemic.
I used to work in person, but everything going online in 2020, I like keeping my apartment cozy and super clean.
I love being home, I never feel like I am in a studio apartment. I am sure you will love it. Nice and warm in the winter and illuminated and fresh in the Spring and Summer.
I am a volunteer at Animal Care Centers of NYC and the cats and dogs I have fostered loved the apartment.
I love roller skating in my free time and watching movies and series on TV.
