-Studio only accessible by stairs
-Not been an issue for me but there's minimal cell service in this part of the canyon (but the wifi is great and wifi calling works no problem)
-No laundry here but two good laundromats nearby

About This Lister

I'm working in swing states leading up to the election-- and maybe for a few weeks after that. This studio is my favorite place I've ever lived so I'm looking for someone clean and trustworthy to take care of it while I'm away! Happy to negotiate dates for the right person.
