Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a third person to renew our lease with. We live in a rent-stabilized apartment a 5-minute walk from the Kingston-Throop C stop on the Crown Heights side.

The bedroom we're looking to fill is pretty big (about 135 sq ft) and gets great light. It's not on the street-facing side so it's pretty quiet. Each room has a mini split installed. Also, you'd only have to share a bathroom with one other person, because one of the other bedrooms has its own separate bathroom.

(Note: We don't have pets and are looking for a roommate without pets. The cats in the pictures belonged to our old roommate and we discovered we're allergic lol.)

The apartment has laundry in building, a bike room, and a nice rooftop. We also have lots of storage space, both in-unit and a separate storage space downstairs.

My roommate and I are women in our late 20s, so we're looking for a roommate who's also a woman in her 20s or 30s. Sometimes we're pretty social in the apartment, but we also do our own thing a lot. It'd be great to find a roommate who functions similarly (independent but down to yap sometimes). We're also hoping for someone on the quieter side (not like silent, just no loud music or TV or whatever).
