Beautiful, comfortable and a peaceful environment.

Everything is included in the rent: all utilities - electric and gas, garbage pickup and internet plus a once-a-month cleaning.

There are a few plants that will need minimal watering. Looking for someone who likes to take care of a home and keep things neat and clean.

I am close by in Kingston and help provide support if anything comes up.

There may be an option to extend the lease after 6 months.
