I'm renting the first floor of my building in Bushwick off the Halsey J. It's 800 sqft. with a large bedroom and an open living room and kitchen. There's a walk-in closet in the bedroom and a coat closet in the hall. The home was nicely renovated a few years ago and they left the good architectural details intact. There's a shared backyard and a shared unfinished basement with tons of storage space and your own washer and dryer.

As far as utilities, you're welcome to use my wifi, but would be responsible for your own electric and gas.

Unfortunately, no pets please. And no cigarette smoking inside.

This would be for a November 1st move-in. Based on interest, I'll be setting up an open house for a couple days in early October.

I'm pretty handy and can fix most things quickly. I care a lot about the property and try my best to maintain it. These days I split my time between Brooklyn and upstate. I'm mostly in NYC for work. You'd largely have the shared spaces to yourself for the foreseeable future.
