Please note that cozy double bed on mezzanine is accessed via a ladder, toilet is on private balcony attached to studio, shower and kitchenette.
4th floor walk up period stairwell, historic 1887 classified building next to cafe La Perle in the heart of Le Marais best neighborhood in Paris.

Good to know: the swap can also be non-simultaneous on the Paris end as I have another place to stay in Paris if you can do the same and are interested.
