We call it The Greenhouse, and as you can see, it's a very special, very sunny, totally unique place that we are so proud and lucky to call home. Looking to sublet for the month of July and possibly some part of the beginning of August.

About 900 sq ft of space, including spacious living room/dining room/kitchen with three big windows and 100 sq ft skylight. One large bedroom with double closets and one small bedroom currently configured for two young kiddos. Bathroom is tub/shower. Kitchen is basic but highly functional with big oven/stove, air fryer, fridge, and dishwasher.

High speed wi-fi and all utilities are included, as is 50" TV with cable and a whole bevy of streamers.

Situated 2 floors up from 7th Avenue b/w 7th and 8th, right in the in the heart of Park Slope. The F/G is a block away. We're 2 blocks from Prospect Park and right in the big middle of things in terms of restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. The location is unbeatable, especially at this price.

If you can't tell from the photos, we are a very real middle class kind of family. Our home isn't fancy, but it is beautiful and very special to us. We think you'll love spending a summer here and look forward to connecting!

About This Lister

We are a family of four: Dad is Blake, Mom is Paula, and our twins who'll be 3 in a month are Felix and Luz. We are a family of artists and educators, and we spend our summers with extended family in Spain.

We've been fortunate to call the Greenhouse home for the past 4.5 years, and we have done our very best to take good care of it. We have a great relationship with our landlord and intend to keep it that way. There is only one other apartment in the building and things are generally very quiet.
