Hello! I have an amazing townhouse in a gated community in Silver Lake, Los Angeles - on a quiet residential street that is just minutes away from Griffith Park and the Silver Lake Reservoir / cute boutiques and restaurants galore.
There is a private pool in the complex with a hot tub + private rooftop (only for our unit)

Would like to sublease 3 rooms and 2.5 bathrooms or an entirely private floor for 3 months starting in October 2024 - December 2024 with possibility for extension afterwards.

3 private rooms available on the 2nd floor of a townhouse so lots of privacy! (Listing as an apartment as opposed to individuals rooms as I'm looking to have 1 person or a couple who are interested in the rooms, or a couple, + 1 -- aka a trusted group of people!)
There are 2 rooms already furnished. Can be unfurnished if desired. 3rd room unfurnished.

Theres a half bathroom for guests on the entry floor.

I'm in a room on the 1st floor and have my own private bathroom! So there will be just a shared kitchen and shared laundry (I can coordinate when you are not around to do so)

The complex is family friendly so looking for people who are mindful of that and enjoy quiet. If you are a musician but can soundproof you are welcomed!
