Shared kitchen, bathroom, and common areas including dance floor, work table, living room spaces, and storage. We are three working artists, one female, and two males in our 30s. We have one older male cat who is adorable. This room is a little over 160 sqft with additional office/storage space out front. The loft is a 1990s style buildout. The configuration is always up for negotiation.

Rent is $1050.00 per month
$1,000 deposit
We split all utilities, which is usually between $50-80 a month.
Parking is free on the street, and even though weekend brewery traffic can be tricky - you will always have a spot within a few blocks.
