I'm looking for one roommate to move into a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath in Carrol Gardens from Nov 1 until at least June 30, 2025.

Apartment:
- This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building on a busy street.  
- 3 bedrooms, (each large enough for a double bed).  One of the rooms is a sunroom with a view of a beautiful tree.  The amount of sunlight is insane, it's a wonderful place to read a book or do a bit of work.  
- The kitchen is large, with a dishwasher and a great oven.
- The living room is large enough for a living room and a large dining table.  
- 2 bathrooms.

You would have one room all to yourself with a double closet, two windows, and one bathroom for all your stuff.  Everything else will be furnished but your room will be empty.

The space is queer friendly.

About This Lister

I'm renting the space because my partner and I are splitting up but I want to keep living in this apartment. I really like the neighborhood and the sun room. Right outside the sunroom there is a pear tree that FOR REAL grows pears every year that you can pick and eat if you like pears. It's kind of magical.

I grew up in the city. I used to do a lot of improv and sketch comedy in the city but now I mostly see friends and work fairly long hours (in-office) at a startup.
