The space is split in two. The main entrance opens to a hallway - on the left is the available space: a bedroom made into an office and lounge with a calibrated monitor, laptop stand, corner couch (an air mattress is also available). The French doors in the office open to a large bedroom with a queen bed, large dresser, closet unit, and full length mirror. The bedroom has a private entrance from the building's foyer as well. From the main entrance of the apartment to the right, is the bathroom and another bedroom. The hallway then opens into the living room, dining space, and kitchen, which overlook the lush backyard.

Accessibility details: there are a few steps to get into the foyer, as well as a few going down to the laundry room (that's free to use) and the communal backyard space.

Bath towels, bed sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, cleaning tools and solutions will be available for use.

This is a NO outside shoes household. Indoor slippers welcome. Please keep the space sanitary. I do my best to keep my home clean, as I am immunocompromised.

FYI for those with allergies: A friendly cat lives in the apartment.

I have lived here for 4 years, and love coming home to a tranquil space on a really friendly neighborhood. I am friends with my neighbors in the building and on the block, and my landlord who lives nextdoor. The block was also in the top 10 of most tree lined blocks in Brooklyn, which makes it really picturesque :)
