This one-bedroom, ground-floor unit is located on a quiet street at the north end of Greenpoint, two blocks from the waterfront. It's nice and spacious for one person, or perfect for a couple. The apartment is fully furnished (double bed), price includes wifi & utilities. My only request is that you water a couple of plants :)

It's about a 8 minute walk to the Greenpoint Ave G, or a 10-15 minute walk over the Pulaski Bridge to the 7. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, bars and grocery stores in the neighborhood.

I'm a female illustrator and painter in my mid 30s. I've been living and working in this space for 4 years.

In the past I've sublet my space to friends and friends-of-friends, singles and couples, many of them artists as well. Even though you will have the place to yourself, it's important to me that we connect and that I feel comfortable leaving my home in your hands.
