Its important for us to find the right fit for this space and to maintain a calm and mature atmosphere here. No parties.

We are responsible hard working artists. I am the current long term tenant and the lease holder for this apartment. I have been sharing the apartment with two roommates (and subletting the rooms). One of these roommate is leaving so now I m looking for a new roommate to move it and sublet one of the rooms.
