Red Hook Studios is made up of many different spaces that all have diverse uses such as pottery studios, offices, show rooms and more. We welcome all different forms of art or business (except for practice space). All studios come with windows, 24/7 access to the building, intercoms to buzz people in from the street, maintained common areas and bathrooms, loading dock access and mail service. With ceiling heights of up to 17 feet these studios offer a multitude of different uses. We are more then happy to show you and set up a visit!

Please be advised that these are work only studios and they do not allow for any overnight sleeping what so ever.

We are a small property management firm based in Downtown Brooklyn. We do mostly residential and commercial management. This is our only artist loft building. It was originally a passion project of the owner of the company.
