I’m just about thirty, I run a small publication press, I and work as a graphic designer. I also play roller derby, have a partner, and take odd jobs like driving for farms every once in a while.
I’m a pretty neat person, I keep up with chores. I like to cook and watch movies, fun if you do too!

Rental requirements
Have written standard subcontract agreements with previous roommates, would look to do the same!
Would love to add you to the lease if you’re in a position for credit checks. Presently the entire lease is in my name, which would be fine to keep.
We’ll do first month’s rent and one month security.
Pets Policy
I have a 45 lb dog, she’s very sweet but it’s best if you already like having dogs around.
She’s great with other dogs but the space may be a bit small for that.
Potential to live with cats, but requires pretty dedicated socialization efforts.
