Me and my roommate (two women, 29 y/o) are looking for a third roommate for our three-bedroom, one bath apartment in Williamsburg. This would be for a one-year lease starting October 1 and rent is around $1250 not including utilities. Open to shorter term, too.

About the apartment:

The apartment is located in a prime Williamsburg location, 10-minute walk from the Bedford L, 10 minutes from the Marcy J, and 15 minutes from the Lorimer/Metropolitan G.

The space is a sunlit railroad-style apartment with two entrances: one leads to the living room, kitchen, bathroom, one of the bedrooms, and your office (which includes a large closet), all with NE facing windows; second entrance leads to a communal, your bedroom, and one of the other bedrooms, which have NE facing windows.

Your room (photos #7 and #9) and office (photos #8 and #10) will come unfurnished. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Since you’d be moving in and our current roommate is moving out, we can discuss rearrangements/additions as necessary. There’s a communal television in the living room with shared streaming services. Utilities (ConEd, National Grid, Spectrum Wifi) are approximately $75-100/month per person.

About This Lister

About Us:
Two professionals, one of whom works in the art world and the other is a lawyer. Both are vegetarian/pescatarian but don’t care whether you are or aren’t. We are into reading (we have a huge library that you can borrow from!), relaxing, cooking, and watching movies. We’re generally introverts but can get busy during the week with work and engagements. We are 4/20 friendly. No pets since we already have one cat and she doesn’t do well with other pets.
