Looking for a 1 Br from NOVEMBER 1st till DECEMBER 15TH.

I travel back and forth from NY and I am looking for someone who does the same and can establish a long-term sub-letter relationship ;-) But I am also looking for short-term sublets.

I am very clean and I might leave your place cleaner than I find it. My father is an architect and designer from Milan, and I was raised loving and appreciating beautiful homes, for us the home is a sacred space. I come to NY to take dance classes and rest. I go to see live music in the evening and need a place where I can walk back at night. I prefer a modern place with good light, (no basements or loud first-floor apartments)

My budget is 4.000 a month. All the apartments that I like and look more familiar to me, are now way above my budget, but I can say that I am a very reliable, kind, and clean renter/sub-letter.
