The apartment is located in Crown Heights, super close to the Franklin Ave 2345.
It’s 3 bed - 1 bath 3rd floor walk up facing away from the street, so it's nice and quiet. Ideally looking for someone in mid 20s to early 30s. The apartment is next to amazing restaurants and bars, as well as being well connected to the city. It's a quiet building of only six apartments, so a quiet roommate would be preferred.
You’ll have TWO rooms, perfect for your home office/flex space! The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

I'm a male in my late 20's. I work in audio/music, but I am very quiet (headphones on!). I occasionally have people over, but always check in prior.
I am a clean, kind, and respectful roommate. I have some food allergies and would appreciate a roommate who can be respectful of that in a shared kitchen space.

Rental requirements
Looking for someone to sign on to the lease.
Rent is $1980 per month + utilities. Security deposit of $1600 to be paid to previous roommate, as the lease would just be changing hands. The landlord requires some information, but previous lease signings have been very simple!
Pets Policy
No cats, dogs are a case by case basis with the building.
