Easy access to Hollywood Blvd, Thai Town, Atwater Village, Silverlake, Kaiser, Children’s Hospital, etc.

Green area outdoors and some lovely indoor plants (that would require a bit of love, light, and watering)

Convenient location, with many amenities nearby, including:
Banks, Cafes, Shopping, Metro, Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, Rite-Aid, Coffee Bean, Hiking, Gelson’s, Lassens, Alcove, Little Dom’s, Griffith Park Observatory, and so much more. It’s a great neighborhood!

I’m subletting my place over the autumn from October thru November 30 (with possibility to extend through winter), with a strong preference for someone who can take it for the entire 2 month period. A one month stay is also ok.

START DATE NOTE: I may be able to accommodate an earlier start date and/or extend it beyond November 30th. Please let me know your needs.
