I am subletting my furnished and decorated one-bedroom townhouse apartment located on a quiet tree-lined street, surrounded by brownstones/townhomes in Harlem's Hamilton Heights neighborhood. It has a large open-living and dining area with a 12-foot ceiling and tall windows. Dresser, main closet and bathroom cabinets will be empty. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook and the full bathroom has a tub. My apartment is on the third floor (two flights of stairs up) and faces the backyard overlooking trees.

It is conveniently located close to express and local trains A/B/C/D/1 at 145th Street and several Citi Bike-sharing stations. (A 10-minute train ride to Columbus Circle and 20 minutes to Soho.) There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, laundromats all within a 5-minute walk. Also nearby are a neighborhood garden with outdoor seating, a yoga studio and neighborhood coffee shop with a large outdoor patio. Riverside Park is two blocks west with an outdoor track and tennis courts, and there’s easy access to the Hudson River Greenway bike path for bikers and joggers.

I am looking for a respectful and considerate person or couple who will enjoy and treat my home well. No pets, no smoking, no additional overnight guests and no parties.
