The area is right in the thick of the action for Shoreditch. Amazing restaurants, outside dining, incredible artisan coffee shops. + Farmers markets every weekend. + Broadway Market and Columbia Road super close. Also very close by is the canal system, which is great for walks + there's a park literally outside the flat.

There is a shared garden area, that's shared with two creative neighbours who work in film / art.
