The apartment, which has elevator access, is on the fourth floor and gets plenty of natural light with beautiful, west-facing views—you’ll love the sunsets as the apt is located above the treetops. It’s spacious, quiet, and super chill. No one really bothers you, and the building is very secure with 24/7 guards at the street entrances and key/fob access throughout. I’ll provide all the keys and fobs you’ll need.

Inside, the apartment has a modern stainless steel kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher, plus a laundry (washer and dryer) right in the unit. It has central A/C, and the living room is spacious, with a large bookshelf, a sofa-bed (queen size), a small TV/monitor, and a turntable with speakers. The bedroom is pretty minimalist, with just a bed, two small tables, and a decent size walk-in closet with a built in drawer unit, right across from it. The bathroom is simple and clean, with a full bath and a small cabinet for toiletries. The whole place has a nice, relaxed, artsy feel.

What’s great is the location. You’re right in Mid-Wilshire, between Miracle Mile and The Grove. It’s walking distance to some of LA’s best museums—LACMA, the La Brea Tar Pits, Petersen Museum, and the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. And just on the other side, you have The Grove, with all the shopping and the Farmers Market, plus Pan Pacific Park if you feel like getting outside for a run or walk. The neighborhood is super walkable, and the community is a mix of families, young professionals, and friendly locals. There’s even a park and running track right behind the building!

I’m subletting the apartment, fully furnished and ready for move-in. Plus free wifi! It’s a great spot if you want a quiet, convenient place to live while still being close to everything LA has to offer.

I'll like to first have a zoom call, where we can vet each other and if you're in the area I can show you the place, if needed.

I'll require a deposit + first months rent. Utilities will be covered by me, I'll pay the electricity, WIFI, water, garbage, etc.

I will also have a simple renters agreement to sign as well.
