Plants:
I have lots of them as you can see from the pics--nothing fancy or super finicky but I would greatly appreciate a subletter who enjoys keeping greenery alive!

The process:
Please tell me a tiny little bit about yourself so I can get a feel for who you are. And then be available to come for an in-person viewing Wednesday 11/20, Thursday 11/21, or Friday 11/22. I'd like to meet in person before handing over the keys to my apartment. I'm happy to furnish references from prior subletters of mine, if interested.

About This Lister

I'm a freelance media professional, pronouns are she/her, native New Yorker, resident of this general area of Brooklyn for close to two decades, living in this tidy apartment for over 8 years--it's my sanctuary. The neighborhood is quiet and low key, perfect for bicyclists since it's right on the Flushing Ave greenway with an equidistant ride to either the Manhattan Bridge or the Williamsburg Bridge, and a Citibike dock across the street.

Lister's Relationship to the Space

I own this apartment and it's my pride and joy. I reside here full time when I'm not traveling. I keep a clean space and have a strong preference for subletters whom others would also describe as clean!

Rental requirements

Prior to move-in we'll both sign a standard sublet agreement and you'll make an up-front payment of one full month rent ($3,500) plus a deposit (also $3,500) via Venmo or PayPal. You will get the deposit back within a week of move-out.
