Walk two minutes for buses to Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Culver City (and the light rail network), Westwood, LAX and downtown. Using electric bikes or scooters or your feet, you can be at the beach in no time.
Outside your kitchen window is a productive passion fruit vine. Out front are blackberries, figs and olive trees. All are producing right now and you can share in the harvest!.

About This Lister

We're an almost-retired couple. One of us founded and headed a local environmental organization for 50 years. The other taught a circle-based practice in schools and prisons and now teaches online.

We built this apartment for our parents, who lived here for twelve years. We try to keep our carbon footprint small by mostly cooking at home, recycling or reusing everything, growing vegetables, composting green waste, using a laundry line, and heating our pool with passive solar. We enjoy sharing this chill retreat for mid-term stays, and maintain a policy of friendly privacy with occasional opportunities to meet over a coffee or glass of wine.
