I will be traveling, I am looking for someone thoughtful, respectful, and clean to sublet my apartment and to keep my plants alive :) The space is a large studio/apt with a separate space for the bedroom. There is a fully-equipped kitchen that includes everything you will need to cook. The apartment is located on the third floor of a brownstone in Boerum Hill. The building is quiet, with great neighbors, on a tree-lined street. The apt is facing the backyard.
There are so many amenities close by: great restaurants, bars and cafes. There are also many grocery stores. It is easily accessible via the F /G Bergen stop, and near Atlantic which makes getting across Brooklyn or into Manhattan both very easy.
