It is a very family friendly apartment and kids are most welcome; and is probably the most famous apartment complex in that part of harlem/washington heights. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant, family oriented and blue collared.

There are at least 3 parks and 4 playgrounds all within 5 mins walking distance. A/C/1 trains are all close by as her several Bus live including M2/M3/M100/101/102.

Please no pets allowed under any circumstance; owner and kid are allergic.
