I'm subletting my one bedroom apartment in East Harlem from April 12 to 26.

It's a quiet and sunny apartment with a lovely balcony.

The kitchen is large, pleasant and fully equipped (dishwasher included!).

Bedroom with queen-size bed, storage space and blackout curtains.

Washer/dryer in unit in hall closet.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a small building with elevator. There is also a communal rooftop in the building.

Neighborhood: Popular, lively neighborhood with many Mexican and Puerto Rican restaurants (among others). Very quiet and secure street, also the apartment overlooks gardens and a local church.
The CitiBike station and the M15 bus down 2nd Avenue are a 5 min walk away. The nearest subway stations are 116 (line 6) and 125 (lines 4 and 5), a 10 min walk away.
Central Park is a 20 min walk away !!!

This apartment is a real cocoon in which I feel great, and I hope you'll enjoy it too!

I will be on vacation abroad for the whole period, I would ideally like to have someone who rents for the whole period.
