Apartments for Sublet
I'll be traveling end of the year and am renting my cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment near the beach!
I am hoping to find someone to stay in my home and water my plants through the months of December, January, February and March. I am looking for a respectful, more quiet person who wants to spend the winter by the beach. It's an ideal spot for surfers with easy accessibility to the water
The apartment is fully furnished, has a smart TV , offers tons of sunlight and has a private backyard just steps from the ocean. Winter sunsets are the absolute best!
The apartment is off of the 60th Street A train stop. The ferry shuttle is walkable from the apartment and the ferry takes you to Sunset Park and / or Wall Street.
Monthly rent includes all utilities (up to $150 / month for the heating bill, anything over $150 will be your responsibility) and for my housekeeper to come in and clean the apartment every 2 weeks.
About This Lister
I am a floral designer and surfer who has lived in NYC for 25 years. I moved to Rockaway in 2017 after living in Fort Greene for 14 years so I could be closer to the water and have easier accessibility to the ocean and surfing.

- Let's meet and go over questions over Zoom
- I'll require the first month ($2300) upon the signing of a sub letter lease and a background check.
- $2300 security deposit required with the first months rent. Security deposit will be returned on the return of the keys and the space in good condition at the end of the sublet period.
- Absolutely no smoking, no parties
