Subletting our spacious, light filled 2br/2ba apartment in Prospect Heights!

We will be heading to LA for work for five months and are looking for someone (or a few someones) to sublet our apartment! It’s a really lovely 1100sqft 2br/2ba gem that’s five minutes to the train, 10-15 minutes to Prospect Park, and steps away from tons of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and stores.

The space is currently set up for two roommates but can easily be used as a 1Br + office for any couple or family that may want some space to stretch out. The second bedroom has a desk, TV, and a Peloton in addition to the bed.

We have a dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, bike storage, private balcony, shared roof space, and a keyed elevator into the apartment.

The apartment is available from November 17th to early April (date flexible), and rent is 4100 / mo not including utilities. Happy to sublet for any portion of that time. We will ask for a one month security deposit, but can be flexible based on length of stay!

We are two guys in our late 20s who are screenwriting partners and split time between LA and NYC. We both grew up in the Midwest, met in college in North Carolina, and have lived together in Brooklyn for the last four years.
