I LOVE this apartment and location. I have lived here for two years and sadly have to give it up, so hoping I can leave it in the hands of someone who will love it too!

the apartment is on Bedford Ave between Greene & Lexington. Very convenient location, and the apartment is in the back of the building overlooking yards and trees, so you don't get too much of the street noise from the front. Floor to ceiling windows allow tons of light in during the afternoon and there is roof access as well.

The neighbors are lovely and landlord/management is easy to work with. Everything in the apartment was new two years ago - bathroom, kitchen & windows.

There is no fee on the apartment, just one month security deposit and one month's rent to move in. The landlord is also flexible on move-out date as long as it is after the new year and they have 45 days notice.
