There is a beautiful backyard as well! Everything is clean and comfortable, and the location is super convenient. This is a monthly rental currently available for October 2024. (it may be available for longer, but let’s start there and check in mid-month if you'd like to extend). Dates are somewhat flexible. If you move in on a date other than the 1st, we can align your move out date to the appropriate date in Nov, or we can prorate the month if you do want to move out on 10/31.
