Hello!

We're looking for one or more temporary guests for our two rooms, from October 27 through January 15, while we're out of the country. Great if one person wants both rooms, but we are willing to rent them separately.

Room 1: Sun room - $600/mo
This is our bedroom. Since it has 10 windows and is on the 2nd floor of the house, it gets a lot of light all day. The kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom are shared with our three floormates. Another dweller is our cat Jack. The apartment itself is huge.

Room 2: Garden room - $700/mo
Situated in the mostly renovated basement of the house, this room is our office as well as an occasional guest room. It includes a large walk-in closet. Kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared with one housemate (no cat in this apartment).

The whole house comprises 3 independent apartments but functions as a community. There's a small garden out back that's shared by all residents and where we sometimes have gatherings. There's never an obligation to be social, however;)

We welcome all nationalities and identities. What matters is that you can be responsible, communicate well and live cooperatively!

Rent includes internet and all utilities. There is shared coin laundry in the building. We'll ask for the first month payment in order to stop looking for someone.

7-minute walk to the beach on Sherwin.
5-minute walk from the Red Line stop Jarvis (where there are some nice cafés/restaurants).
7-min walk to the Howard stop, with access to the Red, Yellow and Purple lines.

About This Lister

We (Élise [she/her] and Jeremy [he/him]) split our time between France and the United States. Élise translates nonfiction books from English to French and Jeremy translates in the opposite direction. Jeremy also drives trucks. We like language.
