THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Woodbine is a peaceful residential neighborhood central by car to most of Nashville. The house is right down the road from the Wedgewood-Houston art district, Soho House, the soccer stadium, and Berry Hill. Woodbine is known for its affordable, international, family-oriented restaurants, including Korean, Kurdish, Ethiopian, Mexican, and Turkish food. It is a dream for food lovers.The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk and gets you downtown in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is great for a walk or jog. A pharmacy, small grocery, and local bar are all within walking distance. However, most people will prefer to drive to businesses because sidewalks on the main road are spotty.

PLEASE NOTE:

The back of the house has an attached guest house that is rented out as a short term rental. You will share a driveway with a guest, but have your own parking space. I am very careful about who stays in the guest house. If I am not in town I have a manager who takes care of guests. I do not allow parties or noise. The walls are soundproofed. My goal is for you to feel completely private.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS & PRICING

$1,700 / month + one time $125 cleaning fee. All utilities including lawn and wifi are included.

To secure: First month rent + $125 cleaning fee + $650 returnable deposit + signed contract.

PETS POLICY
