I am looking for a one-month apartment swap to spend November in NY for work. I'm open to different neighborhoods/boroughs (ideally subway accessible to Flat Iron). Ideally looking for a studio but open to roommates!

I live in an amazing neighborhood in Venice, California walking distance from Venice Sign, Abbot Kinney, Rose Ave & most importunely the beach!

It is a second story 2-bedroom apartment that you will share with my great roommate (another single ~30 yr old). The apartment has great natural light, in-unit laundry, dishwasher and your own bathroom. The neighborhood is a great community with 24-hour security, pool and gym included.
