I'm a filmmaker and have been utilizing / managing / working in this space for over 20 years. Feature films, commercials, music videos. The space has been home to numerous independent productions over that time. It's a creative space, more akin to an artist loft than a post-production house. I'm in intermittently and there is one other filmmaker who works out of one of the other rooms. Everyone is quiet and low-key. Pronouns: He / Him.
