About this Service

I am responsible that each home runs consistently and efficiently.
I am not only the eyes and ears, making sure the house managers and other household staff are collectively following the policies and procedures to run a tight shop in the home effectively.
Training Staff- A properly trained staff can make all the difference in how smoothly a household runs.
Human Resources- hiring, onboarding, training, and firing of staff, as needed.
Interior & Exterior Maintenance of all Property
Account in and Finance - Maintaining the household budget, and providing supporting documentation to the business office.

About this Lister

I fit so many differents hat since I arrived at US 26 years ago. Starting as housekeeping, personal assistant, clerk bank, retail manager, and now in the hospitality industry for the last 5 years.
Working on my CAM license I am looking for a home property management assistant opportunity.
I feel confident with all my knowledge I am the best fit for this role.
I am very flexible with my schedule and traveling.

Background and Expertise

Working as a nanny, housekeeping, and personal assistant taught me how a resident state runs and what the owners expect the job to be done.
As a bank clerk and retail manager I learned to be organized with the paper work and financial budget.
In the hospitality I learned that customer service is the most precious experience you can offer.
Working with a clear work ethic helped me to always grow in my experiences and knowledge. My expectation for m self is always to excel. I slice you always have a room to improve.
