We are currently looking for an administrative assistant whose responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Coordinate and engage with planning and organization of activities and calendar
• Participate in meetings and organize minutes and reports accordingly
• Support in creating and developing feasibility studies
• Research for particular data on products and vendors
• Coordinate and liaise with vendors for pricing and scheduling
• Correspond and follow up with clients and design partners
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
• Computer literacy, including MS Office skills
• Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in office management
• Ability to work independently
• Ability and readiness to work in a small team
• Open, friendly personality, social competencies and resilience
• Foreign language skills preferred
