If you choose to apply for a position at Listings Project, we collect personal information as necessary to consider you for a job opening, including your employment history, resume, transcript, references, responses to questions listed on our job applications or other forms related to your application.
Correspondence, Marketing, and Communication Information. Such as the content of messages you send to us or other account holders, questions and information you provide to customer support, and responses to surveys.
Technical Data. Such the website from which you visited our website, e-mails you have opened, information about the equipment used to access our services including your device's operating software, your internet service provider, your internet protocol (IP) address and other device identifiers, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, and other technology on the devices you use to access the services.
Usage Information. Such as the features of our services which you use, the pages you visit, the e-mails and advertisements you view, listings you view, the time of day you browse, your referring and exiting pages, and other similar information. If you choose to post a listing, we may also collect information about the listing including photos you submit and additional documentation we may request.
Financial Information. Such as payment information and methodology.
Additional Information. Any other personal information you may choose to submit to us including your phone number, website or social media profile if you choose to provide it.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive or special categories of personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law. We request that you do not share sensitive or special categories of personal information with us through our services.
Directly From You. When you visit our website, create an account, submit a listing, make inquiries about a listing, become a supporting member, subscribe to our newsletter, contact customer support, respond to a survey, apply for a job, or otherwise interact with us or use our services we collect the personal information you provide directly to us. We may use service providers (defined below) to collect this personal information.
From Third Party Sources. Listers may provide us with documentation in which personal information about you is included. We may also obtain personal information about you through our advertising and marketing partners. To the extent we combine the personal information you provide us with personal information we have obtained from other sources, we will treat the combined information in accordance with this privacy policy.
Automatically Through Our Platform and Other Correspondence. When you Interact with us, we and our service providers may use automatic data collection technologies to collect the technical data described in the Categories of Personal Information We Collect section of our privacy policy.

Please Note: If you unsubscribe from receiving marketing communications or from our newsletter, we may still contact you for the purpose of providing you with service related messages.

Operational. These cookies are essential in order for you to use our services, such as managing your listings and membership status, as well as to access password protected areas, such as your personal account.
Analytics and Performance. These cookies collect information about how you use our services. For instance, they may track the images you click on as you visit our website and the amount of time you spend on particular pages of our website. They help us to understand what is important to our customers and enable us to provide a more personalized experience.
Customization. These cookies allow us to gather information on how our services are being used so that we can provide content that is relevant to you.

Please note that opting out of promotional communications from Listings Project does not affect our non-promotional communications with you, including those related to your account, or our ongoing business relations.
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on our website or through our services, register for an account or provide any information about yourself to us. If you believe we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected personal information of a minor please contact us and we will take steps to delete their Personal Data from our systems.
Please Note: Any California resident under the age of eighteen (18) who has posted content or information on our website, can request that such information be removed by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address set forth in the Contact Us section of this privacy policy. Requests must state that the user personally posted such content or information and detail where the content or information is posted. We will make reasonable good faith efforts to remove the post from prospective public view.
Listings Project is located in the United States. Your personal information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Listings Project or its partners, affiliates, service providers, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities and by using our services, you consent to any such transfer of information.
