From a small newsletter in our Founder’s apartment 20 years ago, to a global community - our Listers have shared Listings Project with their neighbors, friends, and colleagues, creating an ever-spanning resource to find your next home, your next roommate, or your next job!

Listings Project is a community offering free access to carefully vetted real estate, job, and services offered listings weekly. We believe in creating opportunities for all people to have equitable access to job and housing opportunities.
We are committed to building a justice-focused community that is rooted in collective self-care, working together with one another to fulfill our own needs while simultaneously addressing those of the group.

We expect all Listers in our community to hold themselves accountable to our Community Agreements which include:

5. Community Submit Listings
We accept listings across Real Estate, Jobs & Gigs, and Services Offered. Submit your listing by each Tuesday to be included in our weekly listings! Learn more here.
6. Listings are Vetted and Approved
Whether you are looking for space or are hoping to find a tenant through Listings Project, our vetting process sets a high bar for how we treat each other as we search for and share spaces.
We review listings to ensure they meet our standards for equity and inclusion, checking for discriminatory or biased language. We make sure Listers abide by our Community Agreements, as well as check that Listers are real people! For New York City real estate listings, we do not accept listings that involve brokers, agents, developers, or broker fees.
7. New Listings Every Wednesday
Get in touch with your favorite listings starting Wednesday at 8am ET! Real Estate listings are live on our site for one week, and Jobs & Gigs and Services Offered listings are live on our site for four weeks.
8. Find Your Place
With listings across living spaces, art studios, office and commercial spaces, job opportunities, and services offered, Listings Project can help in finding your next home, workspace, or job!
9. Find Your People
We have a vibrant and engaged community in 43 U.S. states and over 200 countries, including Los Angeles, New York, the San Francisco Bay Area, Portland, Austin, Berlin, London, Paris and Costa Rica.
