About this Lister

Hi. I am a seasoned, certified Yoga Therapist, Master Miracle Minded Life Coach trained directly by Marianne Williamson and Ayurvedic Practitioner. With more than thirty years experience as a teacher and guide, I am also a thriving Queen-ager, and at sixty years old, I am all about empowering women of our age to shine, express and share the best of who we are.

I also direct a yoga school, teaching teachers all things yoga and meditation and offer domestic and international retreats
