a bedroom with one queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a claw-foot shower/ bathtub—a small kitchen with a gas range, microwave, and full-size fridge. No dishwasher. 
Living room with two sofa chairs and dining table. The smaller room can be a bedroom or a home office space.

$3500 per month. Utilities such as gas and electricity are not included: each apartment has its utility meters and will be billed monthly accordingly.
Water usage and Wifi are included.
No washer & dryer in the unit.
No pets please, I am allergic to animal hair.
Convenient grocery shopping, great neighborhood restaurants, bars, and cafes. Clinton - Washington subway stop ( C train) is three blocks away. It takes 25 minutes to reach Union Square, Manhattan,
