I am subletting my studio apartment for 2 weeks: 1/17 - 1/30.

I am flexible with the dates so if you are interested in staying for a shorter time, reach out and we can see if it works. The rate per day is $150.

This studio is gorgeous, peaceful and a quiet oasis in the center of Manhattan (E60s + Park) It is extremely close to Central Park and multiple different trains.

This studio is on the 2nd floor of a brownstone building (walk up).

The building is very quiet, and there are not many neighbors, so I am looking for someone quiet and considerate who is looking for a peaceful space and will take care of the apartment as it is their own.

No parties in the apartment.

Please note that the TV and plants will not be in the apartment.
