1-2 dedicated workspaces available in a shared creative office in Prospect Heights (Bergen and Vanderbilt). The studio is shared by graphic designers, creative directors, architects, and urban designers.

It is a large and bright space with high ceilings, southern exposure, and lots of plants. It includes a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, sink, storage), conference table, and small storage room good for model-making, layouts, phone calls, etc. Each workspace includes an Eames Aluminum Group office chair and dedicated personal storage. Some additional storage space available.

We are up one flight of stairs in a building that includes a dance studio, yoga studio, ceramics studio, and other healing arts / craftspeople. The building is half a block from Vanderbilt, close to numerous cafes, shops, and restaurants. Easy access to the Bergen 2/3, 7 AV B/Q, and Clinton/Washington A/C as well as the B69. There is also a roof with views of the neighborhood - great for lunch, coffee, etc.

I am academic / urban designer who fell in love with the space while picking up my CSA share downstairs. I have been working here since 2017 and couldn't ask for a better space. I work at a university, so I am in and out during the semester but then in the space more fully during the summer. The building has a responsive management team and is well maintained. One of the few creative commercial buildings in Prospect Heights - a real gem.
