Please note: this was originally intended as a lease takeover (so not a new 12 month lease) but the building has said that the new tenant will be getting a brand new 12 month lease at the new legal rent. This rent will be rent stabilized at the ~$4800 per month price. For a lease starting in 2025 (1/1/25 and onwards, the new rent will be reflective of 2025 increases).
Priority will be given to the person who can sign on sooner as the transition process requires paperwork with the building so that takes a few days.
Hello! My name is Nancy (she/her) and I have been living in this apartment for the past four years with my husband and our dog. We've had a wonderful time living in this building and in this area, and initially found this unit through the Listings Project as well. We are sad to leave this place but are moving on to a larger space. We're at the tail end of moving out so will be ready to turn over the keys and show the space this week (before 11/30)!

The building is very pet friendly!
This unit's terrace faces the building's courtyard so gets little street noise. The rule is that you have to take your dog outside to pee/poop before bringing them into the courtyard so it stays clean.
