I am looking to sublet a one bedroom apartment in the heart of Prospect Heights. It is located between Vanderbilt and Washington Avs and a 5-10 min walk to Prospect Park. It is on the third floor of a townhome, on a quiet tree-lined street. The bedroom faces the backyards of neighboring townhomes and is a quiet little oasis. The apartment will be available starting May 1, 2025 through May 31, 2025, but the dates are flexible. All utilities are included in the subrental price. I currently live with a cat so please keep that in mind if you are allergic. If you are willing to take care of a sweet 3-year old small cat, I am willing to discount the price!
