for a lease takeover: 1 bed 1 bath clean and spacious 4th floor apt with a walk in closet and in unit laundry and dishwasher in a pretty new building with an elevator. We were the first to live in this unit. There is an elevator that has been very reliable throughout our stay here, no issues there. There is a gym, a rooftop, and a lounge located in the building, as well as a package room. South facing with a balcony. Lots of light. Dogs allowed. Very walkable -- McCarren Park is around the block, 5 min walk to the L, 9 minute walk to the G, lots of cafes and restaurants and bakeries in the area!
It is currently furnished and we are in the process of packing so I didn't post pics but happy to send those and/or do a virtual tour!
