On a tranquil cul-de-sac surrounding the Hollywood Sign, my place is an old house converted into two apartments with two friendly neighbours in the other apartment above me.

Very cute 1 bed 1 bath apartment with parking, laundry on site, king bed, balcony, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, WiFi, TV, full kitchen, heating, communal garden, closet space, lots of sunlight, watchful neighbours. Two very simple to care for plants will share your space.

I like to keep my place clean and I'm very proud of my little oasis so hope you love it as much as I do.

It's located in the lesser known Beachwood Canyon neighbourhood of LA, a five minute stroll from the Beachwood Cafe, and is extremely picturesque and walkable. It's a 90-minute hike from my front door to the back of the Hollywood Sign looking out over the city (I'll send you instructions on how to do this hike as it's not publicised!) Also down the hill is Birds, Kreation a supermarket. It's very close to the 101 freeway but you'd have no idea as it's so lovely and quiet nestled up in the hill around the Hollywood Sign. The drive home still leaves me starstruck, and I've been here for 4 years!

*Accessibility issue: not wheelchair friendly as it's on the side of a hill and the only way to access is an outside stair case through the garden.
